This looks real nice, but some of the decisions surprise me, such as not having the transmission plate cover installed.
“Vin # CJ2A63505. This Willy’s is in excellent condition and the under carriage looks as good as the rest of the Jeep. The restoration was done about 8 years ago by the previous owner who lived in California. The original engine has been replaced with a 1970’s 231 odd fire V6 Buick engine. Since the restoration it has only had about 200 miles put on it. This Willy’s has an all steel body not aluminum or fiberglass knock off.”

This appears to have MB running gear and tub with a CJ front clip. It appears solid.
“1946 Willys Jeep. Original 2.2 iron duke with 6 volt. It has a 3 speed and i believe 5.38 gears. Runs and drives. Current registration. Has not been modified so if you want to make a custom crawler this is a great start.

The body looks like a DJ-3A. The rear axle hubs suggest this could be a mb/gpw frame and running gear.

I brought it here when I moved from Phoenix and it’s been in storage ever since. It’s in great shape but engine needs rebuilding (low compression). I’ve discribed it in more detail below. If you are reading this it is still available, I will delete the ad the moment someone buys it.
I’ve owned, played, and worked on it over the 15 or so years. This jeep has had a frame off rebuild, stored inside and over the years I’ve put a lot of time and money into it, best guess about 10,000+. Relax, I know I’m not going to get that out of it, I’m just looking for best offer, possibly $4500 cash or $7500 trade.
