Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This Jeep has a great frame and the axles and suspensions are all there. The body has some good panels around it. A CJ2A windshield comes with it. I should have tires and wheels to put on it. I’m asking $525 for the jeep and parts.”

This imperfect Marx toy seems a good price. Thanks to Tom for sharing. I haven’t seen a steering “box” on a Marx; I suspect it has been added.

All stock otherwise
Motor was rebuild recently and has great compression
Has been basically fully mechanically restored.
Bot body is original with dents and fust hole in the tool box
Also comes with the original willys grill.
I put a 1942 mb grille on it.
And a dana 44 rear end i never installed
And a tow bar
And a full vinyl tiger top and doors”

“Too many projects! 1950 Willys pickup Engine runs like a top, Ford 170 straight 6 fresh tune new carb lots of other new parts, refurbished gauges. Original T90 and Dana 18, 12v conversion. Truck is about 80% complete, good brakes and new master cylinder, comes with new sending units for gauges. Original rims. Tires are older bias but hold this is an almost complete project.”
