The Jeep Wheel Book on eBay
Here a book for budding capitalistic kids.
“The Jeep Wheel Book, Published by Samuel Lowe Company. No date but early 1950s.
Neat little book has movable wheels attached to front cover. This copy of the scarcest title in this series, is in near fine condition. There is a bit of light rubbing near the tops of front and rear. Pages are clean and very tight. No names or other markings. It shows some of the uses a jeep can be put to.
Overall condition is Near Fine”
Wooden Model Flattie by Military Mohagany on eBay
Here’s a wooden jeep from Military Mohagany.
” This handcrafted mahogany wood model is an extremely beautiful replica of a World War II Willys jeep with machine gun. Weapon is optional and can be easily removed if desired, it also rotates 360 degrees. Model has an extremely detailed interior with gauges, foot and brake pedal and steering wheel that rotates.
This is not some cheap wood toy, each model takes an average of 18 hrs to complete and is coated with 3 coats of polyurethane for a super high gloss finish. You will not find a better more detailed model than this.
Don’t see what your looking for, feel free to email as I have over 150 different models in stock and please be sure to take a look at the other mahogany models I have listed. All my models are new in box opened only to inspect for any possible damage before shipping.

Ford GPA Anchor **SOLD**
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was priced at $1700.
You can buy this now for only $1700. I have no idea what these are worth, but I suspect this works as well as the nine inch brakes.
“You are bidding on a R.S. Danforth Mark II 30lbs anchor for the Ford GPA. The center bar is marked “R.S DANFORTH BERKELEY CAL. U.S.A MARK II M 30” on one side and “PATENT NO. 2249546 LBS.” on the other.
When I received the anchor it did not have the rectangular holes cut in the fluke for the hold down straps specifically for the GPA application. It was also missing the botom cross bar. Using an original anchor from my GPA I had the holes precisely machined by a professional shop and the cross-bar cast in bronze.
These anchors are extremely hard to find so don’t miss this rare opportunity to put this ready to go anchor on your GPA. The anchor is in good shape and can be shipped world wide. This is the last extra I have so don’t miss your chance.”

1956 CJ-5 Harrison, OH **SOLD**

1953 CJ-3B Black Mountain, NC **SOLD**
UPDATE: SOLD!
“Mostly stock and lightly restored Willys 1953 CJ3B for sale. $3,600 OBO
This is the high hood version of the post-WWII Willys civilian jeep.
It has the 4 cylinder 134cu, overhead valve “Hurricane” engine. Compression is good (120, 119, 115, 125). The engine has the original oil bath air filter. The jeep still has the original 6 volt electrical and charging system including starter, generator, coil and lights. All of the fluids have been replaced in the last 6 months. The odometer is working and reads 29,XXX. That may be the true miles, but no guarantee. From what I know of the jeeps history, it’s possible.
The transmission is the T-90 three-speed with the dual stick Dana transfer case. The transmission shifts smoothly and does not drop out of 2nd as is common with these older transmissions.
The body was sanded and sand blasted down to bare metal prior to minor sheet metal repair, priming and painting. The body and bed is painted with TSC Restoration Series “International Harvester Red”. The wheels, windshield and roll bar are painted gloss black. It’s not a high end professional paint job but it’s not a rattle can and paint brush job either. The floorboards are solid, but the hat channels underneath need repair as is common with these old jeeps.
I have the original vacum wipers, but have electrical wipers to replace them. This jeep came stock with out turn signals. I have a turn signal kit that is yet to be installed. Depending on the wheather, I might get out in my tent garage and get that done before long.
It has the original brakes, which do work…like 65 year old 9 inch drum brakes. 🙂
The wheels are original 17 inch; painted black and the tires are Maxxis and have about 25-30% tread left.
The seats are original stock and were upholstered at one time in the past with black vinyl. They still look pretty decent. There are no back seats. A new black bikini top is included. Also included is an older black vinyl BesTop brand full soft top and doors. The full top is about 20 years old and needs some seams repaired, but the vinyl, windows and zippers are OK.
I bought it in Georgia where they don’t issue titles for vehicles this old. I’ve taken it to the NC Dept of motor vehicles and they have inspected it and certified the VIN and that it isn’t stolen and I have the paper work to send to the state to have a NC tile issued. I will work with the buyer to get the title if needed. I have the jeep registered, tagged and insured currently.
