About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
I just won the auction on this sign for $4.95 + shipping. There were no other bidders. There was no information on the size of it, but I estimate it is around the size of a sheet of paper .
I don’t know when this image was taken, but it’s a fantastic racing shot. The racer was photographed by Melissa Farlow at Naukati, Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. I wish I knew if this appeared in a specific issue of the magazine.

“Here is a vintage 1961 Willys Motors Kaiser Frazier Fleetvan Delivery Van blue print. The blue print is in very good condition. It measures 36 by 24 inches.”
Here’s a neat truck, though I think it is missing a tow assembly.
“This vintage Marx Towing Service Willys Jeep wrecker measures almost 13 inches in length. It’s made of pressed steel. The decals on the doors are marked with the Marx emblem. Through the decal you can make out the word “Willys” which is impressed into the steel beneath the decal. This truck is in used and played with condition. The towing apparatus is missing as is the rear tailgate.”
This has a buy-it-now price of $5800. It appears in good shape and has a rear PTO.
“1946 Jeep CJ2A for sale.
This vehicle is in excellent condition. It is driven often. I
It has a newly rebuilt and rebored engine with new pistons and crank. All grease has been recently changed and the breaks have been gone through. It has been converted from a 6 volt to a 12 volt electrical system. We have owned this Jeep since 1961. I am a mechanic and have stayed on top of the maintenance.
It is a fun vehicle to own and drive.
It comes with a bikini style top and a tow bar. There is a roll bar that I removed that is also included. There is a pto, drive shaft and gearbox which are also included.
Everything on this Jeep works. It is an attention getter! You will enjoy driving this.”
This appears to have a replacement body. It includes an overdrive. This looks like a good price. There have been modifications on the front end. The grill looks M-38ish, too. The windshield from a M-38.
“Im selling my 1947 Willys jeep. It has a buick v-6,overdrive,complete soft top with doors, tow bar. $3500.00 call”
This still needs some work, but looks like it has a good foundation.
“This is a 1946 Willys model CJ2A universal.
It starts (with a jump) and runs good. The body is solid now but it has had some minor rust repair. This would make an easy restoration to get the body back to stock or leave it and drive it the way it is.
It has the correct wheels and NDT tires which are in excellent shape.
It DOES need some work though. It has no brakes, it should be rewired (relatively cheap and easy to replace the complete harness), needs battery plus other minor stuff.
I hold a clear and current transferable ownership in my name.
A little negotiable, but only in person.
Call during daylight hours only.
