This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1947 CJ2A Jeep
To many things to do at 73 and not enough time. I have intended for years to restore this little Jeep. All brand new tires and rims. Boxes of parts ready to install including new gauges and shocks. To drive it needs brakes, new gas line and a battery. Drive train in good shape engine runs. The CJ2A was the first civilian built Jeep after WW2 I have the title.”

Listed as a 1948, it appears to be a CJ-3A.

(09/16/2022) Unclear how much value is here. The driver’s side front spring near the rear shackle was somehow badly damaged. I’d say there are a few more items missing than just the windshield and brake lever ….
