This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have 3 1950’s-1960’s M38 Willys Military Jeep engines. All 4 cyl of course.Please see photos .One is a civilian block rebuilt with military parts.Painted dram green. Should be drop and go. The other 2 are used and probably do not need rebuilding but not completely sure.Came out of dry storage.Please e-mail for numbers etc. I also have MANY additional early M38 Willys military jeep parts. It has a new gas tank, new electronic fuel pump, new wiring harness, new gauges, newly rebuilt carburetor, and cleaned radiator. “I have a set of 4 aluminum slot mag wheels that are in very nice shape. The bolt pattern is 5 on 5.250 with a 4″ center opening. These came off of a 1960 jeep willys that I got but I think they may also fit ford or may fit some old buicks or olds, not to sure on it. The slot mags are in very nice shape. Give me a call, I’m asking $150 for the set and I will also through in a steel spare.I would trade for a set of 4, 235-75r-15 white letter tires.”

This is a project with a bunch of new parts, including an entire fiberglass body kit.
“I have a jeep for sale that i started a couple years ago, and i don’t have the time to complete. I started by putting later model cj-5 axles under it, and purchasing a 4” rusty’s offroad lift. I added terraflex “revolver” shackles as well. I bought new gear sets for both front and rear, and new OX lockers to match. Included as well is a one piece axle kit. For tires i bought 34×10.50 super swamper LTB. There are many misc. parts as well that go, but too many to list. ***ALSO INCLUDED IS A NEW FIBERGLASS BODY KIT INCLUDING TUB, FENDERS, AND HOOD.*** there is the factory grille and windshield frame as i thought they would hold up better than a fiberglass one. well over 6000 invested, sell it all for 3500.”

“THIS IS A VERY OLD AND ROUGH WILLYS FC-150 JEEP. IT IS NOT ROAD WORTHY, AND MOST LIKELY NEVER WILL AGAIN. MATTER OF A FACT IT HAS ONE WHEEL OR MORE IN THE JUNK YARD. I FIGURED BEFORE I TURN IT OVER FOR SCRAP I WOULD GIVE ANYONE WHO MIGHT USE IT FOR A FEW PARTS A CHANCE. ALL THE RUNNING GEAR IS STILL WITH IT. THE WHEELS STILL TURN AND BY SOME MIRICLE STILL HOLD 30 PSI OF AIR. IT HAS BEEN SITTING AROUND FOR A GOOD 10 YEARS THE BODY IS SHOT, MOST WINDOWS ARE DAMAGED. THE FRAME HAS HAD A WOOD REPAIR IN BACK, YUP WOOD. THE MOTOR COVER HAS BEEN REMOVED, SORRY I GAVE THAT AWAY. THE MOTOR STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL OIL AND ANTI FREEZE AND MOTOR TURNS OVER EASLY BY HAND. THERE IS NO TITLE, NO REGISTRATION, NO NOTHING.”

This truck has some nice updates. The seller would prefer to trade for an equivalent Wagon.

Asking $4000 but would prefer to trade for a 50’s jeep station wagon 4X4 in good running licensed condition like mine. I Dont care about body condition, just mechanical.”

This old Jeep has an unusual paint job.
“About as original as it get. Has been setting, but a new battery, a little carb work and a repacking of the wheel bearings and you can peel its cloths off and enjoy the coming warm weather. Lotts of extra part included at that price.”
