About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
This looks like a good foundation for an inexpensive custom restoration.
“Willy’s pickup with small block chevy engine and Turbo 350 transmission. Runs but no transfer case on transmission, setup as 2 wheel drive. Excellent tires! Has no thru rust – only surface.
Clear Title.”
(12/2/2008) Just from the pics I see several nicely done Mods, including the rear tank addition.

The seller honestly notes that this overdrive needs new planetary gears.
“Warn overdrive for Jeep/Willys vehicles with T-18 transfer cases. It needs new planetary gears. They cost about $200.00 at Advance Adapters. Includes the shifter, boot, and linkage. May be willing to sell shifter and linkage seperately. $250.00 obo for all of it. Call Brian (559) 709-1907”
“1945 military jeep frame. Has several rusty areas but someone may want the turrat mount. It also has a j2-134 Braden capstan winch on the front. If interested I can get some pics.”
This looks like a good price. There is still a little work to be done on it.
“Great project that still needs a little work to finish, Does start, run and drive, Lots of new parts on allrready-new brakes, fuel tank and pump, exhaust, Comes with 2 full sets of tires and extra new parts that were not installed yet, Clear title, registration, Must go-$2300/offer, Greg 952-388-1188……available this weekend to see.”
(10/26/09) The seller suggests at least one of these is a ’45 CJ-2A. If so, then this might be worth a look and might be a decent price if the ’45 is in good shape. Lots of parts here it appears.
“5- 45 to 48 model jeep willys. 3 complete with motors. 1 has a rebuilt motor. 2 with just body frame and chassis. all needs restoring, will make good rock climbers”
(04/07/2009) This is certainly an unusual GPW, complete with a Ford script body. It’s apparently street legal, though I don’t see any lights on the back.
