This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Up for auction is this rare one of a kind custom Willy’s Jeep!! There is a ton of $$$$ and time put into this rig. This is your chance to own this one of a kind Jeep at a fraction of the cost to build one. This little beast will go anywere and out perform alot of the rigs on the trail. All while looking very sanitary!!! The build sheet is listed below. There is less then 200 miles on the complete restoration. This rig runs and drives great and everything works as it should. Blaine took these pictures of Bob’s CJ-2A at last year’s FC Roundup. Looks great! He says the details are very nice.

“JAPAN tin toy vintage Airport Flat Fender Military Willys Jeep baggage delivery car. All original commercial toy includes two carts and the five original pieces of colorful plastic luggage. Friction powered Jeep, front wheel drive, runs smooth and strong. Red, white and blue body color. 16” long (408 mm). c. mid to late 1950’s. Marked made in Japan. Missing nothing. Great vintage American Airline logo and graphics lithographed throughout indicating “AIRPORT SERVICE CAR”.”

The rollbar is funky, but the rest of the jeep looks good.
“This is a very nice 1948 Jeep Cj-2A restored in military configuration. The Jeep always starts right up and runs great. It is in excellent condition. I have used it for many years to run up and down the hill at my boating cabin. I have thrown a lot of stuff in the bed and you can see some old blue paint through scratches. It is very rust free an has excellent floor pans. It has newer military tires that look great. I have clean title. Absolutely no trades, please don’t ask!”
This doesn’t appear to be a VEEP, but a custom VW project.
“yes a VW Veep it is a Volkswagen front end, bus transaxle, with a 1776 engine on a factory built custom tube frame. it has a 1943 Willys / jeep body.
it has a bikini top. it runs great chrome rims w/ new tires ready to drive. could use some new paint, but not for having fun, its ready for that Call Barry then drive it home. @ 928 242 9837”

“I have a project for someone, 1947 Willys Jeep. I not sure if it was a militery jeep or not. Needs restoration I have new tires and rims and have all info about ordering parts from body, engine ect. It has a toe bar in front for nice get aways. I am asking $ 2500.00 or best offer and I will deliver it. I have it on trailer so I can take to Charlotte Motor Speed Way if I don’t get any takers here.”

I have never seen one of these.
“You are bidding on a 1950’s soft rubber Willys-Jeep utility truck made by the Auburn Rubber company in the U.S.A. It measures 5″ long and is about 2″ wide. It has black wheels and is a light red in color. There are different men’s faces in both the driver’s and passenger windows. It is in good, used vintage condition with a little rust on the wheels.”
