“I am restoring an old willys army jeep (’52 m38) and a 1945 m29c weasel and am looking for any and all related items for a living history display including gas cans,ammo boxes,wood crates,canvas good,parts,parts kits,dummy mg’s,netting,ordnance items, 1/4 ton m100 trailer, radios and other items. please let me know what you have. The seller lists this as a “Willys MB”, but I’m pretty sure this is a M-38.  I wouldn’t bring it up, except that the seller is the one that wants someone to “respect the history of this fine automobile.”

“This jeep is awesome. It speaks for itself, runs like a dream, and puts a huge smile on your face while driving around. Does get tons of attention, so be prepared to talk a lot about it. I am more interested in a trade rather than selling.

Rides I’ll consider: Classic American Muscle 60’s to late 70’s, 1980 Corvette, classic trucks.

Please no spam, and don’t need to sell so no idiotic offers. Must also love jeeps and respect the history of this fine automobile.

I don’t think that is a ’45.  The data plate is wrong at the very least.  Also, it has a floor shift.  There is a big gap between the windshield and the cowl.

“Title in my name. Runs good, drives down the road good, everything works. Transfer case is a little noisy but still works fine. Pretty solid old jeep. Good seats. Body has minor dents and dings from the many years on the deer lease. Has had some rust repair on the floors. The previous owner did a good job fixing the floors. Has a metal top that you can take off but no doors. The spare tire rack on the back and the rear mirror does not go with the jeep as it belongs to my other jeep. This jeep is all original and would make an excellent candidate for a restore. If you are interested call 214-728-6369 or email./text.
