“1948 CJ-2A Willys Jeep Has title and VIN plates. Hurricane F-Head 134 I4 engine three speed transmission & twin stick transfer case. This jeep is all stock except for the 2 inch lift Rancho leaf springs and 31″ narrow super swampers. It has a TJ roll cage, extended bed, and bucket seats. Electric fans cool the engine and the old cam & leaver steering has been swapped out for a conventional manual Saginaw box. It does need a master cylinder. Other than that it runs and drives. A fun trail jeep or nice stock restoration project.”
Not sure how much value is here.

“1960 Willys SUV sport wagon
It seems to be a Willys/Jeep Truck and Wagon day. So, let’s start with this old brochure Glenn forwarded to me. I’d like to see a brochure that shows all 50 options referenced in the brochure. Note this is a brochure put out by Willys of Canada.
Robin spotted this nifty truck with a rare towing package. He has shared a bunch of pictures on Flickr. Here are a few below. Cool truck!

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay
“Well I’m sure no expert on old Jeeps, but a friend of mine gave me this FC-170. His dad is 80 years old, and has had it for many years. This is what I would call “Barn Fresh.” It has been sitting in a barn for at least the last 5 years or so idle. He says it was running and driving when it was last parked.
Here is what I know about it. It’s a 63′ or 64′, and it says Kaiser/jeep Corp on the I.D. plate. It is a factory flat-bed, 1 ton with dual rear wheels. This thing is rated to cary over 2 tons! It weighs 3,720 pounds empty, and has a G.V.W. of 8,000 lbs. Delivery date was Sept of 1963. It has a 6 cyl. flat head engine, and a manual transmission. The rear end is a Dana 70 and the front end is a Dana 30. This jeep has 5:37 gears I’ve been told. This Jeep could be used for parts, or better yet… be restored.
The engine turns free, and I’m sure someone more mechanical than myself, could have it up and running again in fairly short order. I do not have a title for it, and can only offer you a bill of sale. The previous owner has alzheimers (he can not locate the title). I do have the shop manual for it.
It’s sure not perfect, but it’s not real rusty like some I’ve seen. (I would say its 99% rust-free). This jeep is over 48 years old and being sold as is. I would much rather you plan for the worst and hope for the best, than be disappointed in any way. My opening bid is 950.00 with no reserve. Now all that having been said….. I can’t imagine finding a better FC170 for the price…I only want the buyer to be happy with it…Thanks.”
