Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. What I love about this ad is that the jeep is priced at $895 in the title, but then the seller notes he won’t go lower than $800. So, maybe $800 is the price?

(02/22/2009) The frame might be immaculate, but I don’t think it’s original. The front of that frame doesn’t appear to slope correctly to me.
