About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
Kinda looks like some M38 parts mixed in here. For this one its more of an hit the Easy Button and enjoy the ride and fix to your level as you go. A running and driving Jeep is more fun then a project that never gets done. There is no point in just having one anyway, have a driver and a project or 2!
Information from seller:
1952 jeep Willy, all original, 4 cylinder, great shape very clean, starts and drives great, current reg. $12,000.00 firm -IF STILL LISTED IT IS AVAILABLE!
1962 Willys Pickup Project Time to move on from a project that we just couldn’t get across the finish line. Stock drivetrain with L226 Super Hurricane inline 6 cylinder, T90 3-speed transmission and D18 transfer case. Engine turns over freely. Clutch engages and disengaged easily. Previous owner replaced the floors. Frame is very solid. Significant work over the last 3 years includes: New suspension including leaf springs, shocks, u-bolts and shackles. New brakes, including master cylinder, hard and soft brake lines, drums, shoes, cylinders and hardware. New Walck’s wiring harness, distributor, regulator, and solenoid. New Walck’s cab corners, door sills and lower cowl panels, and lower PS door panel. At this point the body just needs final sanding, sealer and paint. Will also include a quart of Willys Peacock Blue paint. Then it just needs the wiring installed and final interior fit-out. Asking $6,000 or best reasonable offer.
What you’re looking at is the shell of a CJ6. Hard to find in any condition. The frame is in EXCELLENT condition and the body is decent for a New England Jeep. It needs floors in the front (someone did them but they’re not great), the firewall is hacked, and the driver side rear corner has a chunk missing for some odd reason but 95% of what it needs is flat sheet metal. If you have a rusty CJ5 with a good drivetrain in it you can combine the two and have yourself a decent CJ6. Has axles and suspension but no engine, transmission, transfer case, driveshafts, or steering. Appears to have had an F134. It has no serial numbers, data plates, VIN, or paperwork. It’s a shell. Combine it with a rusty CJ5 and you’re in business! DELIVERY AVAILABLE! Located in Fairfield, CT. CALL OR TEXT NUMBER IN LAST PHOTO! TRADES CONSIDERED! GOOD RUNNING L HEAD, WINCHES, SIGNS? I BUY JEEPS! WILLYS CJ2A CJ3A CJ3B M38 MB FORD GPW!
Those trailers are wired up for 4 prong plug and modified with tailgates. Be nice for converting to camper or whatever for a Jeep. The price is each one.
Looks like a good pair of fenders in the MidWest for a good price!
Information from seller:
Front fenders for Willy’s Truck or Station Wagon. Came off 1954 Truck. Asking $75 for the pair. Local pickup, located Southern Minnesota. DM if interested.
Letting go of my collection of project willys jeeps, l decided id rather maintain 1 than restore 3. ALL need floors, only the 3b is drivable, and i have 1 connecticut title with a matching vin plate for a 47 cj2a. 1955 CJ3B: its rusty and crusty, has an overdrive unit, runs drives and stops, great beater once I put a floor in it. I put a new ground wire, water pump and thermostat housing in. Ill put in a floor and reseal the tank. It probably needs about a dozen little things but nothing essential to driving. 1946 cj2a. Bought it as a roller, includes full original running gear on a 47 chassis. Frame is perfect, i pulled the body and did some bondo work and primed it. Needs a floor SOLD – VEC 1946 2a column shift. This one was a proper barn find. Guy parked it in his garage in 1982, started stripping it for restoration and left it there. Does not run, but is 100 percent original and includes its original willys winch. Will trade all for 1 good running flat fender or cash
All you need here between this and the other parts post and all set on the plow project! But really I’m not in a position to have this much hardware hanging out till we get some more progress on the building. But hopefully someone is running across these and is able to take a look.
Information from seller:
6 foot plow off a 1952 Willys Jeep. Great condition. It was redone and never used before the Willys retired to SC, living the good life, never to return to plowing. I’m sure it will fit many other Jeeps and similar sized trucks. The measurements are in the pictures. Price is $225. Reasonable, in-person offers considered. Local pick up in Hampton Twp NJ 07860. Call or text show contact info . Thanks
Willys Jeep Parts 1950’s $150 Pine Island NY near Mtn. Creek
Wow lots of neat parts here, could use some of this on my Plow project! But in general there is a lot shown.
Information from seller:
Lot of Jeep parts. Look to be mostly pickup parts. 3 plow frames (1 is smaller probably for a CJ), Box of plow parts(pump, control valve, etc), radiator, u bolts and complete springs, interior(arm rests, glove box, steering wheel). Generator, starter, left fender, 2 air cleaner assemblies, good used ignition parts. Pick up in Pine Island, Town of Warwick, NY
1946 Willys Jeep CJ2A Column Shift – $4,500 Tyngsboro, MA
VEC? Seller has a lot of details on the rig, lots of information and serial numbers. Seller seems very knowledgeable on what this is.
Information from seller:
Very original CJ2A column shift for sale.
Use for parts or restore.
Serial# 33114, Body# 22889, Tailgate # 22889, Engine Serial # CJ2A 33975, the odometer reads 70143 miles, Column Shift is complete. All 3 dash tags, both firewall tags and frame tag….all match. Very unique that the body and tailgate (in great shape) numbers match. Body and floors will need addressing and as well as other restoration work.
Everything but the air filter, starter and generator is in the engine bay and includes original correct carb, Autolite horn, etc.
All original gauges, (temp works), carb 636SA with 12 patents. Keyed ignition with floor starter.
It has a Harrison heater,
Driver’s seat and passenger seat are in good shape
Comes with two windshields to make one. Comes with two additional tires.
The frame is in excellent condition, skid plate included and original bumper.
The condition of the engine is unknown, but is not stuck. It turns with a hand crank. The jeep’s serial # and engine # are so close that I believe that it’s the original early engine…which is a huge plus.
NOS 1940s Willys Jeep Hood – Jeepster Wagon Pickup Truck – $80 Stoughton, MA
Very straight looking early Flat Grill Hood.
Information from seller:
Up for sale is a factory hood from an old Willys Jeep.
I believe this is a 1947 1948 1949 type hood used on Willys VJ Jeepster models, and likely Wagon & Pickup .
This has been in storage for 60+ years from an old Jeep dealership.
It has surface rust all over, but no rot. I don’t believe this was ever actually mounted to a vehicle. This was in storage for a long time (not weather tight). This could be media or soda blasted and cleaned up.
It has holes in the middle for chrome trim (not included).
Another nice CJ-5, has some new parts as per the listing and would be a great starting point for a project.
Information from seller:
55 Willys original drive train New top, seats, tires, brake shoes and master cyl. Start of a restore and owner passed. Runs great and drives good. $5500 obo
