About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

“The motor is not in it will have to be towed away…. 1953 Willys jeep has a Ford 302 V8 T90 Transmission and T-case. Extra axles 33 inc tires Great for hunting rock crawling if put a lil love in it. 4000$ I’m not the owner I’m helping a friend out by posting it for him. Jeep I located in the Sac area”
“1947? Willys Jeep. No engine and comes with some extra parts. It has not been registered in decades, and the title is missing. I was told it is a 43, but I’m not a jeep expert and several people have told me it is 46 up. I don’t know how to confirm this. Your guess is likely better than mine. It could be fun for someone who has more time than I but it’s a project I can’t find the time to dig into.”
“1955 cj3a jeep bill of sale. Great starter project. Front clip is off and have start on freshing up the motor. I have a spare Trans too. If you didn’t want to rebuild the old one. Sold separately. That was my plan swap Trans a rebuild the old one slowly. I fix them drive them and sell them. So as things get fix the price only goes up!”
This video that Mike spotted includes a hood that was used in German as part of a ceiling (several hoods were used, then later auctioned on eBay). You can see this hood, along with other hoods, in this post.
“It is an accurate representation jeep for what one would have looked like in WWII. A serviceable jeep, in a sense. All WWII, but not an all matching jeep.
It has an MB TUB, with a GPW frame. It is not by any means perfect, but would be a great ‘driver jeep’ and is mechanically near perfect.
Problems would be…
-Slight Rust on frame (can show pictures)… Around a foot strip that would use repair
-One blackout light needs replaced
-Windshield fold out needs fixed
Besides that it is a very nice jeep.
Please email me for more pictures & I will get them sent your way.
I can work with you on shipping anywhere in the lower 48 US states.”
