This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The previous owner had the new roll cage installed and never got around to getting the jeep running. I had it running for a little while but then went off to college and haven’t gotten back to in years. I was hoping to have a place to work on it soon but I could use the space in my garage. (03/27/2018) This one has an interesting interior divider, creating a half-cab.

UPDATE: Strangely, this is also list as being in Burbank at a price of $6900.
If you look closely at the pic, you can see there’s diamond plating extending the hood so that is will reach the grill. An even closer look reveals a panel between the back of the fender and the cowl. The body is likely sitting on a post-1971 CJ-5 chassis.

UPDATE **SOLD** Was $3000.
Has some unusual mods.
“Runs great! I personally have changed the speakers, radio, alternator, battery, window, brake booster, and the brake proportioning valve. It’s a kit car, it has the body of a 53 jeep willys and the engine is a 2005 ford mustang. It’s my daily driver and I take it offroading. It’s very good with offroading and on the street. It is registered as an ATV so the insurance is very cheap and it is registered for both street and offroading. Automatic. Clean title clean everything. 3000 or OBO or a trade for anything reasonable. Nothing is wrong with it just looking forward don’t only want 2 seats so I can hang with more friends and something with better gas mileage. It gets pretty good gas mileage. On a full tank of gas it’ll take about a week and half til empty.”
