Dana 44 front and rear. 35in tires, 345 interanational motor with automatic transmison. Has a chevy tilt wheel steering colum. Needs a little work but will make a great off work rig.”

This looks like a nice truck.
“Custom extended cab, 360 Chrysler crate motor, Roller Rockers, Headers, 727 auto trans with O/D, B&M ProRatchet shifter, 8 3/4 posi rearend, Camero subframe and steering with tilt wheel, Autometer SportComp gauges. The truck handles like a sports car and is fun to drive. Holley carb and MSD ignition. Approx 400 HP. And yes, it is fast !
The headliner and rear compartment need upholstering , and it has some dings in the paint on the fenders from being driven on a gravel road, but overall it looks really good.”
This is nearly a limo flatfender.

(01/30/2011) I thought this hood solution was an unusual way to deal with the longer frame. I’m wondering if the frame is from a CJ-6?
“Selling my 1964 Jeep Willy X Flat Fender CJ-3A that has a new 390 V8 Offenhauser Engine. The engine has about 15,000 miles on it. It is a beast of an engine. You may want this jeep just for the Engine and parts to put into something you’re working on. this engine would be great for any hot rod or racing vehicle. The jeep is in great running condition and has alot of power. A great off road vehicle. It also looks really cool and has custom body work. I bought this jeep with the intent of driving it and fixing it up, but i haven’t had the money to do alot, i’ve done a few things, but it’s time to get something different to drive. I don’t want to put any more money into this jeep and second I need to get a different car. I have a family now and need something with doors lol. This jeep has power steering, tilt wheel, new dash with new dials, 3-speed transmission, locking hubs, nice rims with Pirelli tires. I’m asking for $2700 or best offer. I am also willing to take a vehicle trade. If you have something, show me and we’ll go from there. Cash is preferred though. Available to see anytime. Msg me for more info. The rear has been extended, among other changes.

This looks like it might be a good price, even though it doesn’t run at the moment. The rear of the body is a little longer than normal.
“1946 Willys Jeep. Original engine and mechanics. Not currently running due to not being used. Has a tow bar that can be attached to the front bumper. Extra parts included such as leaf springs, carb parts, etc.

(12/12/2010) Here’s a CJ-2A worth a closer look. The windshield also looks a little unusual. Based on the pics at the bottom, I’d guess this was an aftermarket extension (rather than a custom job).
“1946 Willys cj2a Jeep. This Jeep starts runs and can be driven. It is in very good shape for 64 years old. It has a PTO driven winch mounted on the front bumper. The seats have been recovered. it has new fuel lines and a new 6 volt battery. The Jeep has a leak in the brake system.
The jeep came from a cabin in northern Arizona town. It also has some 1950s modifications, that extends the rearend for extra storage. This jeep has a valid Arizona Title and is priced for a quick sale this weekend.”

Has camaro front stub with steering, power disc brakes, Power sterring, hasa Nice Fuel cell in bed with diamond plate alum bed liner, Has 10” Centerlines on back with 6” front, beautiful louverd hood, mopar performance spindles, and many extras!!! Get in it and go anywhere!! Priced to sell!! Will post more pics of inside soon!”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3700. This was listed for sale in 12/04/2008. It was priced at $3000 at that time.
The body lacks tool indents and has the tire mounted like the CJ-1 and CJ-2s. The front clips appears to be MB.

Served in Pearl Harbor. 3rd owner other than Uncle Sam. Replaced windshield and glass, Points, plugs, dist. cap, coil, brakes, fuel pump, carburator, shocks, leaf springs and mounts, U joints, gas tank, crank pully and belt, battery, gauges and speedometer, generator, regulator, starter motor, 90% re-wired, brake lights, rebuilt steering box and pitman arm replacement, probally more. Runs , good compression.”
