About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
(12/09/2016) This might have a Porter & Reed hardtop.
“Good looking old Willys with a hard top and doors, original flathead motor, new rings, pistons, rod bearings, head gasket, oil gasket valve cover gasket, radiator…. And a few other things. Great for the farm or a kick ass first car.”
“PRICE DROP (again) Ive dropped the price dramatically from my original asking amount at $4500. I am moving and I need this gone by the end of the month! 1964 Jeep CJ5 with 27,000 miles on the odometer. I’m not sure if it has rolled over or not. There is absolutely no cancer rust on this beast. There are just a few small spots of surface rust. But it is mostly in near excellent condition. It has aftermarket seats and seat belts. It has a really cool removable hard top. It’s a manual 3 speed. And it has locking front hubs for 4 wheel drive, which works perfect. I just put brand new tires in like a week ago. It has 31’s on. It is completely stock, no lift and no modifications to the engine. It has the original 2.2 liter 4 cylinder Hurricane engine. It runs and drives excellent! It is insanely fun to drive around town. “This is an Antique Farm Jeep from a Farm in Northeast Oklahoma. It was last tagged in 1983. Jeep originally had a metal top on it with doors. Because of this, there is very little to NO Rust out in the floor of the Jeep! Not like most you find!
This Jeep has it’s original seats and instrument cluster and they are good because they have been out of the weather. It also has most of the Engine parts with it all except the Engine Block. Transmission and Transfer Case are still in place. Jeep is very Straight and Original. Not rusted out like so many you find. Tail Gate is original and is 100%. Grill is super straight. Fenders are very good. NO Rust out along the foot hold where you get inside the Jeep. Windshield glass is broken but frame is in very good condition – again-covered by that original top which was removed in September of this year. Continue reading →
