Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Collector and show quality vehicle. Rare Willys make, CJ6 model, and body style. FRAME OFF restored, nut and bolt, immaculate and in perfect condition. TX truck, no rust.
Hurricane 4 cylinder OHV engine, 3 speed floor shift manual transmission, 2 lever transfer case (4WD and low/high range), ‘Selectro’ front locking hubs, original new steel wheels and new tires including side mount spare, folddown and flipout windshield, vacumn wiper- driver, hand wiper-passenger. AND a front PTO powered original Koenig winch (also restored) with the additional floor lever to engage and throttle control cable.
Original front and rear seats, now recovered in leather with cowhide inserts very nicely done.
No top. Just as beautiful underneath. Good title. Must see to appreciate. Best I’ve ever seen.
