This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (03/27/2010) “1952 Willys Jeep, 225 Buick (Jeep) V6 engine, Turbo 350 automatic transmission with Scout II shifter, Power steering, Dana 44 rear axle, roll bar, tow bar, new BESTOP top still in box, almost new 31″ tires. runs good. The only problem is the trans leaks ATF. Call Randy (559) 582-4771.”
This looks like a nice little rig.

(09/02/2010) This looks like a nice jeep. Note that it is missing a fuel inlet on the driver’s side of the body, there is no tailgate, and it appears to be missing the drain holes by the steps. This may be a MB body or a fiberglass body.

“1949 Willys Wagon – 4WD
The 4WD is rare. 1949 was the first year that Willys introduced the 4WD to the Wagon.
The Wagon is in good running condition and is great for shows and Sunday driving.
A paint job would help improve the look of the Wagon.
The car comes with an overdrive (that is not installed) and some spares.
The car is a rare piece of history! This is care created the lineage that now boasts the various Jeep Cherokees.”
