This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Looks like a Bobcat Fiberglass body.

It could be the pics, but the underside doesn’t look like it’s been completely rebuilt and painted. Looks solid.

UPDATE: SOLDI .. was listed at $3000. No motor or trans, but otherwise looks good.

“This is a 1947 Willys first year / flat fender truck, it has a small block chevy with the original willys trans, runs great ! good clutch , frame floors, needs some body repair easy fix ! brakes need some help / you have to pump them, paint very dry and flking on the frame, but the frame looks excellent. even the emer brake works, has hdlts taillts and stop, no games $6 k is a very fare price $$, I know what they are worth, some guy is selling one on ebay for 15k $ Its nowhere near the shape mine is,”

“1956 Willy’s Truck $3900. This truck has a Chrysler slant 6 engine and runs beautifully. It is a 3 speed with OD. It has 4WD, hi/lo…all is in excellent working condition. The interior is in great condition. This is a good driving rig and I hate to get rid of it but I need the money to help pay for grad school. Please call with any questions.”

(05/03/2012) If accurate, this would be a slat grille tub with a glove box.
“Rebuilt engine MB 42734, Frame off restore, 6 volt, new tires, original horn goes beep beep, gauges, canvas top, all lights and gauges work, new wiring, paint, clear Utah title, original zinc data plates, tub number 25410. Engine, wiring, paint were all done by professionals who restore military vehicles. Included but not shown are seat cushions, a tow chain and one set of tire chains.”

“1960 Jeep Dispatcher 4X4
Here is a little Dispatcher for sale. I have removed the hardtop and doors right now, but they can easily be put back on in about an hour or less. It has a 4 cylinder flathead and 3 speed floor shift. Nice HD winch, heater, excellent tires. Tow bar included. Runs great. Lots of fun!
