(10/09/2016) It looks like it was a good restoration.
“I’m selling my restored 1946 Willys Jeep CJ-2A. The only reason I’m selling is to fund another purchase. It has had a frame off restoration back around 2006. This is a early production, matching numbers jeep, more desired by collectors. It even has the original serial numbered engine. Every last part was gone through and refurbished or replaced. It has been restored as original as possible down to the original body and wheel colors, 6 volt electrical system, and cloth covered wiring. The body was just repainted very recently. It has a show quality finish. Not even a scratch.
I have only put 4000 miles on the jeep since the restoration. It runs great and I wouldn’t be afraid to drive it anywhere.
I’m tired of people trying to scam me. I will not respond to text messages or email until you call and I know you are a real person. I do not have voice mail, but I will return your call if I miss it.”
Looks like a thoughtful restoration.

Needs some back brakes adjusted, but looks like pretty stock.
“1964 Willys CJ5 Jeep 4X4, 4 cyl F-head, 3 sp trans, 2 sp transfer, Ramsey PTO driven winch. The speedo says 22,000 miles but its not an A title. New tires, Fuel/vacuum pump, carburetor, Cleaned the tank, new hoses and belt, tune up, blower motor, removed the front end and rebuilt it, all three seats recovered, lock out hubs. It came with and original Willys 1/2 cloth top with doors but it was trashed but I saved the hardware and the cloth if somebody can use it to make a pattern more power to them. This is a 50 mph vehicle. It is also about the most unmolested CJ I have ever seen. Have you ever seen one with the original tail lights? First for me. Still has the canvas on the tail gate chains. No rust, even in the hat channels. The bad is, whoever had a jerry can holder on the drivers side like on the pass side and they must of caught it on something and slightly damaged the body where it mounted (in pictures). It needs a replacement glove box insert ($20) and glove box door button which believe it or not is not easy to come by for an original one for a 1964. Also needs the back brakes adjusted, I don’t have a hub puller to inspect. Runs good, goes down the road good, everything works. I bought this to avoid firing up my diesel to run to the store around town. Comes with a tow bar and that same whoever had a trailer plug in the front for towing. ”
Looks in good shape.
“1958 Willy’s truck. Tucson vehicle. No rust. All original equipment. PTO winch. Super Hurricane 6 cyl engine, 3speed trans. Orig transfer case for the 4WD. Almost new tires. Runs and drives well. FWD works well. Haven’t used the PTO winch in years, but believe it’s fine too! Rare specimen vehicle. Interior needs to be reupholstered? Hate to sell! Must see to appreciate. $17,500 , open to offers.”
