This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This has restoration potential.
“I have a 1952 willy’s that runs good body is in good shape but interior could use some work. it is a 2wd vehicle. NOT a 4×4. asking $3000/bo or possible trade for a 60’s or 50’s truck that needs minimal work. I will only except cash or trade no paypal or scammers”

“1953 willys wagon. Two wheel drive.4 cylinder manual 3 speed. Runs good, new master cylinder. All glass is clean, body in good shape, some nicks and dings. Solid wagon. Floors Are good. Interior is all there and clean. Would make a nice hot rod or beach cruiser. Needs gas tank treated or replaced. I Have clean title on hand. Too many projects need to sell. Asking 2800 or best offer. “For sale a 1948 Willy Jeep CJ 2A. Original Flathead 4. Have full hard top and 1/2 cab cover and warn hubs. Comes with extra seats. Runs good and in good shape.”

Unclear if it runs, but no obvious rust. The front bumper looks indented for some reason.

“Has had: Major tune-up, carburetor overhaul, new coil, new battery, major brake overhaul. Set of street tires included, new winch, new fuel pump, new alternator, radiator flush and all new fluids, new exhaust system. Switched to 12 volt. 15,000 actual miles.”

This runs. It has a winch. And contrary to what the seller says, this doesn’t have a 3A tub.

(07/29/2013) The sides panels have been replaced, so this likely had rust at one time. It looks solid from a distance.

Start, runs, and drives well for it age, 4 wheel drive high and low work well. Body good to fair, like new Goodyear Wranglers, electric wiper,and electronic distributor. New front rubber brakelines and shocks. Decent soft top with doors. New camo seat covers front and back. Passed Mo. inspection Jan /2013 Clean Mo title
