This looks like a solid M-38. The title is TN, but I believe Winchester is in KY.
“Nice running M38 jeep, 1952 model with Tennessee title, new tires, new batteries and recently rebuilt engine. No trades”
UPDATE: Was priced at $600. This has a PTO. **SOLD**
(04/29/2012) The body has been patched, but this still may be restorable.
“1946 Willys CJ2A, the first year for the CJ Jeep. Mostly original body with lots of rust and patches. L134 engine, does crank over, but needs head gasket (antifreeze in oil). Brakes and clutch not working. My grandfather owned this Jeep since the mid-70’s. I got it running about 12 years ago, but run the clutch out and parked it in the shed. I have reupholstered seat cushions and backs with original springs (done back in the 70’s but never installed). the aluminum top was winter top and I have the doors for it but no end gate. Windshield frame is gone. Transmission seems to be fine. Tires hold air but not roadworthy.
It has had a hard life. Restore or part it. I can provide more pictures upon request.”
This might be worth a look. The seller is in the middle of wiring brake lights.
“i have a 1953 willys CJ3B i am asking 3200 for it , the price is a little negotiable its in good shape for its age and everything is still all origianl except the wheels and tires i have on it. i have put new seats started wireing for tale lights but ran out of time to rebuild it the way it needs to be so im trying to sell it. This has a funky windshield.

“We are selling an un-restored 1945 Willys MB. It has been stored indoors for the past 8 years and is definately in great condition overall. Jeep is a late World War II production with a mixture of Ford and Willys parts. Jeep is complete without any cutouts or modifications to frame or body. Body is structurally sound and solid. (Found Small Cutout near Fuel Filter-see Photos) Usual but minor rust/rot along gas tank tub of body running from front mud guard to rear wheel well. Also Hat Channel Rot. Basic cut and patch. Bumper gussets are original and intact with minor welds from having attached bar stock for a tow bar. See detailed pix Dash is complete and uncut. Only a civilian on/off key and Lighter have been added. Glove box door with original plate included. All 3 seats are original and included including 3 cushions. Rear cushon is zippered and contains the orignal canvas mud doors. Windshield is not original but a good repro. I removed the original glass and mounted to the new frame and is included T-84 tranny in excellent shape. Ford stamped Pintle hook was original to jeep
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1200
Given a spare tire is sitting in the driver’s seat, I’m gonna guess this doesn’t run? But, it doesn’t look too bad.
“1954 Willys Jeep for sale with title. Project vehicle, needs love but hard to find these w/ title.”
