This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1946 CJ2A Willys Jeep. A frame off amateur restoration about ten years ago with a lot of new parts added in that time frame. The electrical system and starter has been converted to a 12 volt system. The jeep was inspected last year and drove last year. I purchased a CJ7 recently and need to get rid of this one for a reasonable price. $4600 or best reasonable offer. Mike noted that this is a column shift. He suggests this is a VEC CJ-2A between #14000 and #38000.
