This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (03/10/09) Here’s a great looking CJ-3B. I’d like to see some more pics of it.
“Willys Jeep CJ-3B , Rebuilt Original 4 cylinder Drivetrain, Original 6 volt elec. System. Added 6 volt electric fuel pump. many new parts and new tires. It’s been in my family for over 40 years. 37,000 Miles, always kept indoors. My Mechanic says it needs to be driven more and I don’t have the time anymore for play. Email any questions you may have by replying or leave a phone number. I believe this is an ideal candidate for a total restoration to its original military appearance, which would at the least double it’s value, by ebay research.”

It’s rough and rusted, but unusual. Note the extended back. Hopefully, the right person will buy and carefully restore this one.

“This is a 1959 Willys Jeep CJ-5 with a 283 ci Chevy engine. It has a removable hard top and a detachable snow plow. (The snow plow could be sold seperately). It starts and runs strong. (03/01/2010) Here’s a pretty raw, stock CJ-2A. It’s been sitting for 35 years.
“1948 Willys CJ2A, with original 6 volt system and hard top. Original 134 ci motor, Carter carb, and all original tranny, transfer case and running gear. Jeep also has original heater and custom hard top with all doors and perfect glass. Perfect opportunity for a restoration project, but has been parked since 1975 and not running. Title in hand.
