About eWillys
Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“For sale in Twin Falls, Idaho. Just finished restoring this 1953 Willys CJ 3A Jeep. Frame off. Rebuilt engine, including new pistons, new crank, new fuel pump. All new wiring. Converted to 12 volt. Body sand blasted to bare metal, then primed and painted. Gone through from front to back! New tires, new upholstry, looks good! Drives good. Original odometer shows just over 11,578 miles. Too much work to list here. ”
Roger’s selling this good looking early CJ-6. Contact him at 805.705.5598 or roger@threecreek.com. I bet there aren’t many CJ-6s left with the rare 0-8 King Seeley Speedometer.

“1947 post WW2 Willys station wagon, 2 wheel drive, first SUV made. Built for families of the returning GIs, lots of history. In good shape. Perfect restoration project. Will consider offers.”
“Mid-year 1947, CJ2A for sale, mostly original components, in good condition, runs and drives well, 4WD works, stays in all gears, not fully restored but well maintained and cleaned up for sale. This Willys jeep has a lot of powder coated piece parts, to include all five wheels, bumpers/cross members, front grille, tailgate, windshield frame, driver and passenger seat frames, passenger side tool box, headlight cans and headlight rings, mirrors, windshield latches, footman loops, gas pedal, brake and clutch pedals, and various covers and plates. I’m still finishing up a few detail items such as welting and felt on the radiator shroud; have new air cleaner on order. Asking $14,500 but will consider any reasonable offer (cash offers only – am NOT interested in trades). Additional pictures are available upon request. The vehicle is legally registered and licensed in Alabama. Does not have title but Alabama (and many other states) does not require a title to register/license a vehicle this old.”
Tim shared this one. He’s concerned the price is too good to be true. I think it is right on the edge. Proceed with caution. After a few searches, I found the same ad in Portland. I suspect this is a scam.

Looks nice. Sounds like the seller is flipping it after buying it at an estate sale.
