This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This looks pretty good. Lots of pictures of it at the seller’s website. The front bumper and/or frame rails look a little pushed down to me.

This appears pretty stock. It might be worth a look if the seller isn’t unreasonable about the price.
“I am selling my 1948 willys jeep. Needs to be restored. All complete. Its been sitting for a few years, still very solid! 6 volt system. Comes with many extra parts, fenders, windshield, gas tank, exhaust, hubs, wheels, etc. Don’t need to sell so I won’t jump on any low ball offer. I would rather see someone enjoying it instated of it just sitting. Make me a reasonable offer.”

“1948 Willys CJ-2A for sale. Does not run. Was told by previous owner that it ran when he parked it 4 years ago. The frame has been cut and extended, and the back made into a pickup. Got it for a project and never had time for it. Make me an offer!
