UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3000.
(09/26/2011) This has a M-38 body, strangely sunken headlights (almost m38a1ish), and a CJ-2A windshield.
“Jeep is in good shape, six cylinder hurricane engine, body in good shape, runs but has no brakes (needs fluid) Some surface rust that can be removed by light sandblasting. Engine runs good. ”
Bob forwarded a picture from the IMCDB.org of what appears to be a CJ-5 on an episode of The Lucy Show. Both he and I tried to find additional photos, without luck. Note both the odd headlights and the use of alternative fenders.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $7000.
This looks pretty nice, so I don’t quite understand the diamond plate dash plaque.
“Here is a 1949 Willys Jeep in beautiful condition. This has had a full restoration and engine/drivetrain rebuild. If you would like more pictures or to come and take it for a test drive, please email with your number and I will get back to you ASAP. This comes with a clean MA. title. Thank You”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $200
“Rare Willys Jeep Extend-a-Bed Trunk w TWO Jerry/Water Can Mounts.
I’ll even throw in one Gerry / Jerry Can!
Not sure if this is a factory accessory or a home made trunk. Add this to your Willys for some extra cab space!
This bolts to the inside of your body tub, relocate your tailgate to the back of the trunk and you have just created some extra space for your gear.
PLUS, it has been configured so that you may mount 2 Gerry cans for those longer trips.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $450.
“1948 Jeep CJ2A. Jeep is a good candidate for restore… Some parts have been taken out of front and rear axles. Motor is locked up but it did run before it was parked a few years ago. Jeep has had repair pannels put on and some Bondo work (this was done before I got it) its all there and these old jeeps are getting tough to find. Title in hand.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was Make Offer.
This has some kind of Leaf Spring upgrade. This does not drive for some reason.

“This is a nice origianl Willys Jeep. This had some retoration work done about 10 years ago. It is all original. The flathead 4 cylinder, T90 trans and spicer 18 TCase were all gone through and rebuilt by the Willys shop in Toledo Oregon. Everything was gone through. It runs and drives good, brakes all work, lights good. We have had a lot of fun with it in the summers. Interior is very nice. ”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1800.
This includes an overdrive. It runs. Not perfect, but might be a decent price.
