(05/12/2012) This looks well restored. Northstar Willys did the work.

Yesterday Ann and I put down the power tools to take a quick trip to the Hiram Chittenden Locks in Seattle. I needed to scope out Discovery Park and the Locks for the upcoming book. Here are a few pics from the Locks.
Ann spotted this crazy Lego contraption. When I was a kid, I was excited to make a rolling vehicle. My how building with Legos has changed!
This brochure is at a good price.
“Late 1950’s Watson Towboy sales brochure. Size is 8.5 x 11 opening to 17 x 11. Light wear.”
Based on this brochure, getting more profits doesn’t sound too difficult.
“Original dealer’s part color folder , 8.5 x 11 folded , 17 x 11 unfolded , no cars shown .”

This is a brand new item with free shipping. I looked for interesting knobs when I built Biscuit, but eventually settled for a tractor one. The seller has a variety of branded knobs also: http://stores.ebay.com/LOST-IN-THE-50S
“For years, I have had bidders ask me about a suicide steering wheel knob that would be good for real heavy duty use on trucks, fork-lifts, tractors riding lawnmowers and will work for handicapped drivers.
WELL I finally found one that will fit the bill for all of these uses and more. This top quality steering wheel knob is constructed from heavy-duty aluminum and steel. Ball bearings give it a smooth turning action and the tough mounting brackets provide a very strong hold on the steering wheel when installed properly.”
**SOLD** Was listed at $50,000 at one point. Then was listed on eBay.
The seller claims this was purchased as a crated jeep by the previous owner.

This is a very low mileage original 1945 Willys MB Jeep. I purchased this Jeep from the original family in 2005. It was in a heated storage area for the last 35 years. The Jeep was still in the crate when purchased. I am the second owner of this fine piece. This MB still has all original canvas seats cushions, crash pads, door straps, original data plates and the original windshield glass (with dates). The Jeep also has all (5) of its original Goodyear tires with the synthetic S3 markings. This is one of the nicest untouched MB’s ever offered for sale – a rare opportunity to purchase a Christmas present in this condition.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6500
(07/24/09) This looks fun. It’s got a chevy rearend, but nothing more specific about this mentioned.
