Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. In this first pic I loved the phone number on the side of the wagon. I bet that’s a 1963 wagon, too. If only phone numbers were so simple today.
One is priced at $3000. The other is priced at $3500. Neither is flawless. Both are aluminum cast AL-Toys for Willys Overland Execs and Dealers.

This looks solid. It’s listed as a 1946 CJ-2A. It’s got different rims on the front and back. The ones on the back, m151 rims, may give it a narrower track in the rear than the front. I’m not sure what effect that might have on driving it.

It’s not all original nor the ‘cleanest one’ you’ll see, but it appears solid.
“1946 Willys CJ2A Jeep
This is the classic flat fender MASH jeep that started the CJ craze. This is an original, stock, non-Frankensteined version, so it’s the cleanest one you’ll see out there. It has the original flat head 4-cylinder “Go-Devil” engine that purrs (watch the video), and it starts right up with a push button start. It has the original two stick 4 wheel drive system so you can have high and low in 2wd and 4wd. The dash is uncut with all the original gauges including the “rifle” holder. Here are the other options:

“Shes a 1953 cj3b, runs like a champ with an all original F head motor, 4×4 works great, three speed. its lifted just enough to clear 33s on 18 inch procomp wheels. The whole brake system was just rebuilt from the master cylinder to the drum internals. Comes with a boat load of paperwork logging work done to it sence 1953.
