“The Jeep is a 1946 CJ2A with a flat head 4 cylinder which is mostly complete. It runs and drives good but the starter is out of it so it can only be started by pull starting it. This jeep has a clear Wisconsin title. I am asking 900.00 o.b.o.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6900
(06/04/2012) Looks solid, though I’d like to see that roll bar mount to the frame rather than the fiberglass.
“1947 Willys CJ2A – Fiberglass Tub, Hood & Fenders $8,000 boo
7,400 Miles
Vehicle is currently located in Colorado Springs, CO
The title on this unit is clear and it is in my name. It has a whole bunch of aftermarket parts including a fiberglass tub, hood and fenders on an original Willys frame with an original grill and a CJ3A windshield frame. The Jeep has Warn premium Lockout hubs all the way around and a tow bar which enable it to be flat towed. Why buy a Rubicon or a TJ when you can have the original for a fraction of the cost. There is no doubt about it. This rig is bad@ss.

Blaine spotted this great article on ‘hunting’ uranium in Utah. I’m sure there were many jeep used to explore southern Utah while chasing uranium, but finding pictures hasn’t been easy. This article written by Brett Huelen and published in the Canyon County Zephyr contains several jeep photos, along with some great stories from his time living in Southern Utah.
You likely remember this jeep that has been listed for sale. Mark Smith let me know that the owner, Bob Wierzbicki, shared a story of how he created it.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5000
This appears in good shape.

What’s installed on the top? Looks like a great price.
