Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: Still Available.
“Have a few things to sell and would like to let go as a package.
First is the blue 47 Willys. Runs well, 4 wheel drive works, breaks work, re-upholstered front seat s on original frames, later model rear seat. Currently have Jeepster rims on it with good tread but have original rims with 6.50-16 tires. Body had bondo on it and there is fatigue in other places. Enough to work with if you want.
Next is a green 47 Willys that runs and 4 wheel drive works. Engine is worn but doesn’t smoke, breaks work as I had replaced all line and cylinders over the years. Original seat frames front and rear.
Have a spare engine block minus intake/exhaust manifold and other miscellaneous parts.
Last is an Artic Top that needs glass and rubber and door latches. These were used by the military in the Artic as it is Aluminum with foam rubber inside for insulation.
All a good deal for someone interested in working with them.”

UPDATE: Marc pointed out that the serial number of 451 GB1 28496 would make this a CJ-3A. More about CJ-3A serial numbers.
It doesn’t run and has no title. The bracket on the fender is unusual.
“This vintage 1948 Willys jeep is a GREAT buy. It does run. My father and I bought it to fix it up and make it a project but we have made different plans and are now wanting to sell it. Does not have a title because it has never been registered. I will provide documentation on how to obtain a title. Does need work on the engine and know very little of the specifics of the vehicle.Has only ever been drove on trails for hunting. Just needs to be restored. Come by and see how you like it! “Runs great! It is a Ford GPW Original 1943 Jeep, and comes with “F” on bolts and parts. Original restored frame, original engine runs perfectly, 6V electrical system, original restored seats. matching frame and engine serial numbers. Newer canvas top and seat cushions. One of the windows still has the “Ford” stamp! Five combat wheels. Axe, shovel and Jerry can included. Restoration by a Museum Professional. ALL gauges are working. Recently exchanged the original 6V starter with the more reliable modern starter, avoiding starter issues and battery bleed. But original starter provided with sale. A parade vehicle which generates lots of smiles!

This is an odd ad. What’s left of the jeep is in Australia.
“Army Jeep stripped and gutted for a production of the Sapphires staged by The Belvoir Theatre Company Sydney.
The wheels have been welded so they dont turn. It has no engine, no real mechanical parts at all, it is basically a shell. Ideal for a long, long term restoration project or a show piece.
Buyer must pick up. Keep in mind you will need a truck and appropriate lifting equipment, as the wheels do not turn.”
