Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I am selling an amazing jeep that has been a project for my dad and I for many years. It has never been kept outside and has only been driven on sunny days. The paint is top notch. The underbody and inside the jeep is sprayed with maroon bedliner to match the outside. All work has been done by a professional body shop/mechanic. This jeep has tons of power and is a blast to drive. You can not drive it without turning heads.
It has a Hurst Shifter, chevy engine, Muncy Transmission, Dick Cepek Tires and much more. We have put much more money into the jeep than we are asking. We both have just moved on to wanting the money for something different.

(10/20/2014) This looks ready for the road and trails.
“It has a small block 283/301 cu in engine with all high quality go fast parts in it. Has holly projection fuel injection system with correct intake manifold. Th 350 with shift kit mated to spicer 18 tc. Front and rear dana 44’s with 30 spline axles and detroit lockers and 4.27 gearing.auto meter guages almost new bfg mudterrains. The list goes on and on. The only way to appreciate this willys is to come look at it . No expense spared on the build.nice 6 point cage. etc etc. I want to trade for an everyday driver toyota extended cab 4×4 in excellent condition. No beaters as I have 3 toyota’s allready. I might consider other trades as well but no cars. Hit me up with offers accompanied by pictures of your trade. No dissapointments on this end. I have driven this on I-90 and over the pass quite a few times. It will do 100 mph if you wanted to do it but its a handfull at that kind of speed. Very dependable I would drive it cross country if I had to. Your trade needs to be the same way.
It has a perfect almost brand new bestop also that is on it now. You definately cant build this thing for myasking price. It has no odometer but I would guestimate that there are less than 5000. miles on the entire build more like 3000.”

“Titled as a 1946 but has a later Fhead engine, later windshield frame so who knows. Was bought as part of a package deal in order to get a CJ3B. The engine sounds pretty good, the gas is really old so smokes a little, newer exhaust, new plugs, wires, filters, oil change etc. Has no rust, has good brakes, has a Saginaw steering box, runs and drives well but needs some “tinkering” Would be a good hunting Jeep. restore or leave as is… cash is king…;”
