I always thought titles were standard sized documents, what’s a title card?
There’s a ‘lien card’ option in Minnesota http://www.dmv.org/mn-minnesota/replacing-a-lost-title.php. Maybe the seller is miswrote the title, calling it a title card?
MN title is on a thicker paper & is like “card stock”. Also MN has a “cab card” that must be in vehicle at all times. kinda like TV cops request for ‘registration’!!
