I thought the paint job and stripes were unusual.

Runs and drives.
“Excellent condition 78 DJ5 jeep. Has new tires. Carburetor has been rebuilt. New valve cover gasket and oil pressure sensor. Starts up every time and runs great. Has brand new humvee or hummer seats. Jeep has been rhino lined inside and out. Has Yakima roof rack basket. All lights blinkers wipers and heater works. Right hand drive is definitely a unique driving experience. It is automatic so anyone can drive it. Jeep is 2wd Great cheap car for someone that needs transportation.”

“1948 jeep cj-2a 4 cylinder 3 speed, restored about 10 years ago. Thee jeep runs, drives and stops great. All original with 6 volt charging system. 5 brand new tires. Miles are unknown due to age but the motor runs fine and does not smoke. Clean title in hand”
This may be a mix of 2A and MB parts.

Lots of upgrades, but still a project. It has a bobcat body with the passenger side gas inlet (life mine). I’d bet this is one of the early heavy bodies.
“42 willys flatty all glass body hood grill & fenders,bobcat products , smf motor needs rebuild no intake . ,t-150 3spd dana 20 transfer case dana 44 front alloy u-joints Detroit true trac with 5.38 ring &pinion , rear 44 welded 5.38 . 4 wheel disc brakes needs some tlc but great wheeler, also have 74 cj frame to go with. tires are 35-10.50-15 boogers three runs on them, no winch . my loss need to pay medical bills”

Probably more I’m forgetting. Jeep was loved and will make a great hunting or off-road weekend toy when finished. Motor is bigger F-head, but can be replaced with a L-head, V6 or other engine of your choosing.”
