“MILITARY JEEP, NEEDS TLC, GOOD PROJECT”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2400.
(04/30/2015) It runs, but with a Chevy engine.
“1944 Willy’s Jeep. Body in fair condition drive train in excellent condition, runs great it does have a Chevy Iron Duke 4 cylinder engine, which is a common replacement for the flat head 4 cylinder engine that it came with and is easier to get parts. It is Titled and ready to up on the Mesa Monument or where ever you take it. This Jeep is a Military Jeep and is not geared for highway driving. Reasonable offers will be considered.”
Might be some value here.
“1950 Willy’s Overland 2WD Station Wagon project. This truck has been updated with a 350 engine and an automatic transmission. The truck has been parked for about a year and a half. It ran when parked but has not been started recently. Body has some rust but nothing to bad. Interior has had some high back bucket seats added and needs work like the rest of the truck. Being sold as is and plan on towing home. Email Richard for more info.”
It looks like it will need additional parts.
