Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This is a original Willy’s Jeep turned into a veep. Runs like a dream, and only minor dents for the body being as old as it is. When I say it’s a Veep I mean that it is the style of the Veep kits they made in the 70’s but instead of the plastic body, this is a real ’47 Jeep. I wish I could keep it but I’m a college kid who needs money to pay for school/rent so I’m open to offers. Text is preferred.”

Though it looks like an M-38, it’s a CJ-2A with mods. The body is a replacement and not an M-38.

The engine, transmission, and both axles are there but I have no idea of their condition.
