That exaust must of came of the long bed. Are those tool indents, a glove box and a big fuel filler? Might be a m38…
Exhaust…where was spell check on that one? And “off” a long bed. Jeez…
Does appear to be an m38 tub. There needs to be more convincing to justify the price.
I don’t see hinges on the front grill but agree the tub looks M38.
Seems like a lot of high price jeeps for sale that need work, I wonder if the market is improving that much, or are these sellers just wishing. I think the jeeps needing work are reasonably priced in the 2K to 3k range, with restored or good condition jeeps worth 5K and up.

It could be a Repop tub. Hard to tell on the grill. It get gets really grainy when blown up. Windshild looks more 3A though to me.
