UPDATE: Price dropped to $4500.

(09/20/2015) Interesting piece covering the body just below the door entrance. I can’t tell if it is preventative or covering up damage.

I think that’s a typical sheet mental pop rivet patch repair “popular” in NJ 40 years ago. (I say that with a smirk on my face)

This Jeep looks familiar, especially that patch piece along the bottom. I think it was in the Passaic, Clifton area of NJ many years ago.

I emailed the the seller, (now on eBay) and he confirmed that this is the same Jeep that I remember being in Passaic, Clifton, NJ. In 30-40 years, I can honestly say it wasn’t used much at all, snowplowing a local driveway that’s all. Back in the 60’s, it was parked on a side street off of Central Ave. Passaic, NJ later in the 80’s-90’s, owned by M.Link Fuel Oil Co. in Clifton. Just as a footnote, the seller said said he was amazed that I remembered the Jeep from so long ago. 40 years ago seems like yesterday, ask me what I did yesterday, I can’t remember.

Ask me about jeeps and I can remember quite a bit. Ask me what my wife put on this morning, or wore yesterday, and I am clueless. 🙂
