This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (08/25/2015) This was for sale back in 2009. At that time it had a wrecker assembly in the back.
“1966 Austin Gipsy LWB 4×4 pickup truck. Has 2.2 Austin A-70 4 cylinder engine, 4 speed manual transmission, hi & low transfer box, right hand drive, 12 volt system and fibreglass hardtop. Body has rust but good solid frame. Ex-British military truck. Uses same drivetrain parts as found on Austin Healey 100-4 & 100-6 models. Wheels interchange with early Land Rovers and Willys Jeeps…NATO wheels. Has good Indiana title in my name. May consider trades of MGB cars, Triumph TR6 cars, Sunbeam Alpine cars, Jaguar S types or Land Rover Discovery S2 models or silver coins or good farm tractor with front loader..”
