Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. No quite all original, as the rear floor has been replaced, the dash has been altered, the wiring has been upgraded to 12 volts, different bumpers, etc.

Half MB and half 1953 CJ-3A(?).

The top is an original 1943 Jeep but we replaced the frame using a 1953 jeep. Chevy V6 engine and HD automatic transmission. ”

To actual buyers: 39.5 irok tires, twin stick transfer case, 4 link suspension in rear spring in front, locked front and rear, warn locking hubs on the front, fox air shocks in rear, limiting straps. The passanger strap is partially broken, but the waist strap works. Running, no issues, street legal. We’ve owned it a year but need to sell now that we’re down to a single income”
