This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5000.
The steering has been converted to a saginaw box. It’s mounted pretty high on the frame. A good picture from the front ought to give more info. Otherwise, it looks like a solid jeep.
“Good complete jeep for restoration back to military (several hundred dollars of parts included) or just fun CJ-5 type driver. Clean title. The jeep starts, runs and stops. Five brand new American made military non-directional tires on reconditioned rims (2 combat, 2 regular jeep). The engine has good even compression (taken 7/2013). See photo of parts included at purchase price. Carburetor needs to be replaced or rebuilt. No significant rust in the tub – good solid steel tub. Engine: Hurricane134 F head with T-90 transmission. Jeep can be seen on weekends with apt. in Dillon, MT.

“For Sale: 1952 M38 that appears to have come right from the battlefields of the Korean War! Other than a few minor changes made by original owner (e.g. overdrive, lap belts, and blinkers added in 1960s), this warehouse discovery is as good as it gets. After 64 years this Willys has its original military markings, original canvas top, and original front and back seat. Purchase this time capsule today and drive it away. Yes, this gem runs!
Original Fuel pump has been rebuilt and brand new break lines, pads, and hoses have also been installed. The original 24v system is still enacted and working; two new batteries added.
