Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (10/25/2015) “Two 1947 Willy’s CJ2’s. One has new tires, good paint, seats, Tiger Top, electric winch, 12volt conversion. The other is mostly complete except seats and tailgate, 6volt. Both run good. Some extra parts.”

The MB’s data tags are dated 12/18/1941. Now, whether they are original to the flattie or not is another matter.
“Have a 41 Willys mb. Solid body. Clean title and good vin plate. have a few extra parts, ie trans and tcase. Motor was a flat four cylinder and it’s locked up, not in jeep but can include with sale. The windshield is a m38 or cj3 windshield. Included in sale is a 67 cj5 no title but a good free 225 Buick v6 and drivetrain. Was running a few years ago. Want to sell all together. 2000 obo or make offer on them separately.”
