These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1947 Willys CJ 2A jeep for sale. VIN #98722. WWII military trim. Olive drab green. Vehicle title clear. Flathead 4 cylinder, 4-wheel drive. 12 volt battery. New hi-torque starter motor. Many other new replaced parts/components(too many to list-will provide list of new parts if seriously interested). Total cash payment preferred (discounted price for cash payment). Original tires excellent condition, trailer goes with it (trailer & Jeep go together). Paint job brand new has canvas over it now, road worthy can drive it on the road. “FC-170 DRW in need of restoration. This truck is all original, it’s mostly complete, but the motor is currently disassembled. It has it’s original 6-cylinder 226 Super Hurricane. This has the T-98 4-speed transmission and a dual-cylinder hydraulic dump bed. It is 4×4 and has a PTO off the trans to drive the pump. It rolls, but doesn’t stop or drive. You will need a trailer. I’ve got too many other projects going and won’t ever get to this one. I have the title. ”

Most of the photos show a body, but then the seller notes there is no body.
“For sale 53 willys cj3b with cab and snow plow. This is a parts jeep. There is a frame and motor that has everything rebuilt. The former owner rebuilt everything on the frame and axels,motor, trans, dif, brakes and steering to new. He lost all the body and all the hardware in shed fire. The frame was in a different shed. Have both titles.$3000.00 for everything. Cj3b’s are rare.”
