Jerry Can Radio Kernersville, NC **SOLD**

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was No Price.

Jim spotted this unusual radio.

“If your wanting one of these include your number due to so much spam. Yes you are reading this correctly!! I make and sell unique Military Collector Radios! This listing is for a USMC Jerrycan that has been converted into a portable radio. It has 4 marine Pyle speakers in it that are powered by an 800 watt marine amp! This unit also has a 12 volt power supply built into it that you recharge with your trickle charger. This one also has bedliner sprayed on it. You can plug in anything with a Headphone type plug! I used an Ipad, IPhone as well as a MP3 player on it and sounds awesome. Makes a killer statement when you show up at your events! Parties, tailgating at games and concerts! I can also make these out of ammo cans or even pelican cases. Just ask! Great for Jeep guys as well! If you want something custom it will require a deposit. Depending on what’s wanted on them it can go up in price! ”

1955 Truck Olympia, WA **Status Unknown**

• CATEGORIES: Willys Trucks This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $2500.

It doesn’t run or start, but it’s old life as a government vehicle gives it some nice nostalgia. It does appear to have the gov plate on the passenger side dash.

“For sale is my 1955 Willys 4wd 1-ton pickup. This truck is a former US Government fleet vehicle for the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation (water) in Washington State, and still bears the hand painted badging on the doors and numbering on the cab. I love Jeeps and Willys of all types, and the patina on this truck was my main reason for buying it. At this point I realize that I have too many things going and won’t be able to take on this project. My loss, someone else’s opportunity. Overall the truck is very solid and complete. Fenders and hood are mocked up for some pictures, but are not attached. They AND an extra set of front fenders will be secured in the bed for shipping. The rust on this 60yr old truck is mostly superficial, and the cab is in better shape than any survivor I’ve seen. This truck does not run. The engine was replaced at some point with an inline Chevrolet 6 cylinder which is cracked; junk. A future diesel platform for you? Other than that, the drivetrain appears to be stock but in need of complete refresh along with everything else as it has been sitting for some time; the 1963 Washington plate on the front has a most recent tab of 1974. At some point, someone started in with a can of sky blue paint on part of the truck, but didn’t get far; it can be removed. Rare to find authentic patina like this anymore, and my thought is that the buyer is likely to save a lot of money on bodywork and paint on this vehicle; just clean it up and clearcoat it. I can arrange viewing for serious buyers and I’ll be happy to help load for transport. Please”

Strange M-606-like “jeep”

• CATEGORIES: M-606 (military CJ-3B) This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

The people on Ann’s Facebook Weapons Page were wondering what this thing was. It was spotted in Thailand. I said it looked most like an M-606, but that front clip seems a little long. The running gear doesn’t look jeep-like. The fenders don’t look original to me either.
