This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This unusual document offers several pages of instructions for installing a crankshaft pulley powered “Jeep Winch” on a CJ-3B. It’s curious that the winch is not branded as part of the document, but I am guessing is a Braden winch?
As a part of the purchase of the gun brochure last night, I also received this LockOMatic hub brochure. It starts as a 2″x4″ brochure that folds out.
Looks likes some amazing work went into this.

“Classic Willys Jeepster. This Jeep is produced by Willys Overland Motors. It has the original flathead 4 cylinder with overdrive and has the three-on-the-tree. It starts and runs great! The body/paint are in excellent condition. About the only thing in need of repair are the seats and the convertible top. Only about 10,000 of these cars were ever built and it is a great find.”

“hello, today i decided to list for sale my 1949 willys jeep cj2a. this is the last year of the ww2 style, very minimal rust, vehicle is on 33’s with good tread, jeep is lifted by suspension lift but unknown how many inches, removable soft top, inline 6 engine, 3 speed on the floor with overdrive, 4wd and high/low range works. jeep has a steering column out of a chevy truck so you can lock the wheel which is good for security, but the shaft inside the column is loose, it works just fine but has play in it. also the tail lights are stuck on not sure why but i just disconnect the battery when i park it. i’m asking $7200 obo”

“I have a 1944 Ford M1 A1 Jeep that runs great for $10,000 OBO. Has the original Flathead for cylinder motor, upgraded electrical to 12 volt system and rewired with upgraded fusees. I have the original generator system that came with it when we bought it and I left the old guess panel on the fire wall. Nice paint, custom wheels and tires and floating front axles which are stock and original. all but two gauges work. It’s a great little Jeep and a lot of fun to taking parades. Need the room got to get it out of the garage!”
