This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This 1945 Army Jeep with Willys trailer was meticulously restored by my uncle Erv.
From what I remember, he did a ground up restoration in the 1990’s and paid attention to detail. I do know he added and electric fuel pump a few years ago.
Erv was a mechanic in the army in the late 1950’s and always love military vehicles, this jeep was his pride and joy. I don’t think he ever missed a Memorial Day & Fourth of July day parade with it.
Has updates and lots of diamond plate.

New body. It isn’t clear if the missing parts are included in the sale.

True Willys flathead 4 Enging is freshly rebuilt, transmission fresh, T-Case Fresh, front and rear differential fresh, new brakes and brake lines all the way around, great shocks and suspension, radiator was redone as well! The body is also new. Comes with the manual, clean and clear title and original vin plate.”

Has a few body repairs on it.
“100% drivable CJ2A Willy’s Overland Jeep, first model civilian Jeep produced after WW2, 70 years old now! can’t say it’s not a project because it could use a few things, although it’s pretty cool the way it is. Been kept very original including new wiring with the 6 volt system and has the flat head four motor. Came out of the state of Wyoming some years ago and is pretty solid with much patina and patching, no top, windshield folds flat, good tires on newly painted rims. I
took this in as a partial trade, drove it home 40 miles, runs and drives ok but steering box could use some work, it’s not perfect and price accordingly, $500 below Hagerty fair condition value. Prefer cash but consider trades. clean title in hand.”
