These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .
“Running and driving military jeep. Has the factory indentations on the drivers side for military pick/axe and shovel, thats the dead giveaway indicating military body. Original drive train with flathead 4 cyl. Completed the yukon trail TWICE, the way it sits. Was used for hunting. Cash, in person, low ballers will not be entertained. No trades. Not in a hurry.”
“Mostly original – 4cyl hurricane engine, 3 spd transmission, front lock/unlock hubs, 6V, minimal rust. HARD TOP with glass in-tact. Matching spare wheel. Engine bay reasonably clean, engine and drive train needs solid cleaning. Runs well and starts every time.
I bought this as project sight unseen. Was going to resto-mod it but I can’t bring myself to hack into and part out something this original. It is truly great condition considering its age. Last owner put $1500+ into normal repairs back in May of 2019. I had it shipped out here and have slowly been poking around at it but have not started doing anything major.
Details: Gauges not working, 6 volt (although new battery), wiring has had a few things added but it is mostly original. Tires hold air but are not road-worthy. 26485 on the ODO but it isn’t working. This is a perfect Willys for someone looking for a super vintage restoration.

$2500 each or $4000 for both. The 3B has the passenger side vent, and no script on the hood, so it might be later 60s model. The ‘1945’ has rear floaters, but might be a 3A.

“Nice engine with less that 500 hours on it. It cam from a WWII generator that had little use. Was running when disconnected and comes with the radiator. Make me a fair offer.”
“I’m selling a cj2a from 1946 because I just don’t have time to finish it as I planned. I have done a lot of work to it such as: boxed in the frame, adapted Buick v6 motor mounts, adapted 1978 3” cj5 springs for a really nice ride along with a 4” lift, I put a amc 20 rear end in it along with a Dana 30 disc brake front end, it has a “shovel” cross member/skid plate(this makes the frame very strong and protects the tranny well). I have all the body parts but the hood. It has factory 1978 chrome cj5 wheels. All parts are in good shape, no rot. It has original vin tag.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $17,500. It’s listed as a 1948, but it has a VEC serial number of 22189.

“Up for sale is my 1946 Willys driver, I bought it about 6 months ago as a fun toy and it was a blast to own. It was previously restored in 2006 to make this a bulletproof driver. It’s not perfect by any means, but the patina is PERFECT. It is very reliable, gets all the looks, compliments and conversations. Unfortunately the time has come to part ways with her. I just don’t get to drive it as often as I thought I would.
With the chevy 4.3l it starts right up, every time, and has plenty modern day power and torque to enjoy the driving experience. Message me for running driving videos of the truck I can send you. Truck is mechanically sound and doesn’t need anything. I have the rear seats as well if anyone is interested in adding that into the truck. Has a 3in body lift and oversize tires. Please let me know if you have any questions. Can try to answer to the best of my knowledge and supply any additional photos you might need.

There is both a two dimensional fake FJ-3 and a three dimensional real FJ-3. This is obviously the fake one:

UPDATE: There are more of these five-brochure sets on eBay. View all the info on eBay. These are five out of the 20 issued (Form 600-01 through 600-20) during 1960. Slightly different, but similar brochures were published in 1959 (Form 59-01 through 59-20). The form number can be found at the bottom of the brochures. I’m working on assembling an entire list for each year.

I don’t have it; but do have these old pics from a 2013 post. The problem is I can’t quite tell what the date (aka form number) is from 1959 or 1960. If you have this brochure, the date would be great. Scans would even be better, but I know that’s not simple for everyone.
I’m also interested in other 1958-1962 brochures. These all have date related-form numbers. I have a bunch, but not all of them. At some point this month I will create a list of what I have and what I need to more fully document the brochures from this era.
