This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “CJ3A Willys project. Has running Go Devil L134. New starter, points, coil. Needs radiator repaired. Great start for a flat fender classic. Clean title, can help with delivery if needed.”
This may be a Koenig hardtop. A few had the flat back like this. It also looks very similar to a Lambert top, but those tops had smaller rear windows. Oddly, it seems like the passenger side of the top near the passenger door area has been trimmed. I would ask for passenger side pics of this one before going to see it.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $20,000.
There were 831 FJ-3As produced (in contrast, 7300 FJ-3s were produced; this was the shorter version that was mostly, but not exclusively, used by the post office). Based on a my records and a quick google search, I’d guess there are more like 50 FJ-3As still around, but that’s still not many.
