Looks like a 3B with the flathead engine
It’s an odd one for sure Mark! (See you in Phx!)
Looks like a CJ3B with that high hood but the motor looks like a CJ2A motor.
the headlights are too low for a 3b. Looks to me like a 2a someone extended the grill on then for some reason put a flathead into it.
