Looks like the front bumper could accept a winch.
Any idea when the carb was last tuned.
The three levers from the floor look standard (standard shift, TCase engage, and Hi-Low) not sure how the long horizontal lever engages OD.

The long rear lever must be hooked directly to the overdrive. Given the power train mods, the OD may be back farther than the standard OD shifting setup, so this may have been a workaround for that.
